Graphic Designer

Overview:
Exaltt Core Solutions Private Limited is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at Exaltt, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and create engaging designs for marketing collateral, including but not limited to, social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
2. Develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, website graphics, and email newsletters.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and adhere to brand guidelines.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.
8. Work closely with printers and other external vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of visual assets for internal communication purposes.
10. Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate environment or creative agency.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
9. Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
10. Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,557.00 - ₹35,155.00 per month
