Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various mediums, including digital and print. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creativity, and excellent communication skills.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*Branding & Visual Identity

• Ensure all designs align with SAGA and its allies viz Ethecs Holiday’s, Exploria, Z-Pro, Ask4Car, etc with the brand guidelines, including color palette, fonts, and tone.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms—digital and print.
• Assist in refining the visual identity for sub-brands like Club Ethecs

*Marketing Collateral Creation

• Design visually engaging brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and travel itineraries for domestic and international packages.
• Create graphics for email campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, BNI presentations, and event branding.

*Digital & Social Media Content

• Develop static and motion graphics (reels, stories, GIFs) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Design campaign creatives for digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.).

*Website and App Design Support

• Design web banners, landing pages, and pop-up graphics for ethecs.com and Club Ethecs microsites.
• Work with developers to ensure UI/UX consistency and optimal design usability.

*Corporate & B2B Design Needs

• Create professional pitch decks, membership proposals, and corporate travel brochures.
• Support internal branding for presentations, reports, and documentation.

*Video Editing & Multimedia

• Edit short-form promotional videos, destination teasers, and testimonial compilations.
• Add motion graphics and animation elements for enhanced engagement.

*Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand campaign goals and convert briefs into visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

*Print Production Management

• Prepare and deliver print-ready files.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality control and timely delivery.

*Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with current design and travel trends.
• Introduce fresh, creative ideas to make SAGA and its allies visual communication stand out in the competitive market.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT–

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience with design systems and style guides.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
