Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in digital design, animation, and marketing-driven content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for social media, website content, branding, advertising, and internal marketing needs. A strong understanding of social media trends, branding principles, basic SEO, and marketing strategy is essential. The candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of driving fresh concepts that enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities Design & Content Creation
- Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, digital ads, website banners, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, and short video edits for social platforms.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints.
- Design infographics, product showcases, promotional materials, and campaign visuals.
Social Media & Marketing Alignment
- Translate marketing concepts into visually appealing content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Understand social media trends, platform specifications, and design styles suited for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create content calendars and plan monthly creative direction.
SEO & Digital Competency
- Apply basic SEO principles when designing website graphics and content (image optimization, alt tags, keyword-friendly layouts).
- Work closely with the marketing lead to ensure designs support digital performance objectives.
Creativity & Innovation
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Experiment with new design trends, tools, and animation styles to keep content competitive and eye-catching.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work efficiently across multiple projects with clear timelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and organize design assets, templates, and brand materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in motion graphics, 2D animation, GIF creation, and basic video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media content standards, digital marketing basics, and brand communication.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for images and website design.
- Experience in content calendar planning and marketing campaign execution.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design and animation work (required).
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or UI/UX design.
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics for social media.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Knowledge of branding and campaign development.
