Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for various media. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and communicate our message effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling ad copy posters, banners, and promotional materials for print and digital campaigns.
• Develop engaging and on-brand social media posters, stories, reels, and carousel designs for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Produce design concepts, mood boards, and mockups.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and style consistency.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and emerging visual technologies.
• Prepare final artwork files suitable for web, print, and motion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad posters, social media graphics, and motion/visualization work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar design/video editing tools.
• Ability to create clean layouts, impactful typography, and visually appealing compositions.
• Understanding of social media formats, digital marketing principles, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, or video editing is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand awareness.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
