We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality static creatives, edit videos, and leverage AI tools to create images and UGC-style videos. The ideal candidate understands modern brand aesthetics and can deliver fast, clean, and effective designs for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development

  • Create high-quality static creatives for ads, social media, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop clean, sharp, and on-brand graphics following the brand’s visual identity.
  • Produce video edits for ads, reels, product showcases, testimonials, and social media content.
  • Generate AI-based images using platforms like Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar tools.
  • Create AI-driven UGC-style videos suitable for performance marketing and ad creatives.

Brand Understanding & Execution

  • Understand client briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance team to create creatives aligned with ad strategies.
  • Iterate designs quickly based on feedback from the internal team or clients.

Task Management

  • Deliver creatives as per deadlines with high accuracy and minimal revisions.
  • Maintain an organised library of design files, concepts, and final outputs.
  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, expectations, and any design challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.
  • Ability to create polished static creatives for ads and social posts.
  • Good video editing skills with understanding of pacing, transitions, typography, and storytelling.
  • Experience with AI design tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar.
  • Ability to create UGC-style AI videos that feel authentic and natural.
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual branding.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and what works in ad creatives.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
