Graphic Designer

Union Square Advertising is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We’re a full-service marketing and design agency with a strong focus on restaurant, hospitality, nightlife, and event branding—which means bold visuals, fast-paced projects, and no boring days.

What does that mean for you?

It means you’ll work with some of the coolest brands this side of the Mississippi, spend your days designing eye-catching menus, event flyers, and social media graphics, and yes—stare at photos of delicious food more often than you probably should. (We offset that with paid lunch, because balance.)

On a daily basis, you’ll:

• Design restaurant menus, event flyers, posters, and print collateral
• Create branded social media graphics and digital promos
• Assist with visual concepts for campaigns and brand launches
• Occasionally mock up web layouts for our development team

You’ll be collaborating with a passionate crew of designers, marketers, developers, and creative thinkers who take their work seriously—but not themselves. Dancing at your desk is encouraged (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms
• Design marketing assets including menus, flyers, advertisements, social media content, and website graphics
• Work closely with clients to understand brand guidelines and project goals
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Stay up to date on design trends and apply fresh ideas to client work
• Take creative direction and feedback constructively

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Position Details

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary commensurate with experience
