Vlead is a thriving online e-commerce company specializing in the sale of exquisite Marble Chess Sets and Marble Home and Kitchenware items. We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer who will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually stunning materials that captivate our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing collateral, from digital assets to print materials, that reflect our brand's aesthetic and message.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of visual assets for our website, online marketplaces, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and eye-catching graphics for product listings, banners, social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with our brand identity.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Work on the packaging design for our products, ensuring they are visually appealing and convey our brand values.
• Create print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to continuously enhance our visual presence.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or consumer product company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effects, Premiere).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for guiding junior designers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain design consistency across various platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and product packaging design is a plus.
