About the Role:
As our Graphic Designer, you will support the marketing and brand team by developing visually compelling content that reflects our identity and resonates with our clients, partners, and audience. This includes designing marketing collateral, digital assets, social media creatives, and merchandise concepts for brand campaigns. This is a
contract-based position for 3-months
with the potential to convert into a long-term engagement depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, ads, banners, and social media creatives

Create visuals for campaigns, brand awareness activities, and expert network marketing initiatives

Develop merchandise concepts aligned with brand guidelines

Support the marketing team in refining The Insights Desk’s brand identity and visual standards

Collaborate closely with leadership to understand design briefs and deliver concepts on time

Maintain consistency across all digital and print materials
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in fast turnaround timeframes
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or Canva

Strong sense of branding, typography, color theory, and layout

Ability to translate ideas into clean, engaging visuals

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM – 12 AM)

Prior experience designing marketing collateral and merchandise is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with consulting firms, market research companies, or B2B brands

Motion graphics or video editing skills (optional but a strong plus)
