Responsibilities:

1. Design and create high-quality graphics using industry-standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

2. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

3. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts

4. Follow design briefs and specifications accurately

5. Adapt designs for different platforms and formats

6. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices

7. Contribute to the creative direction of the company

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a related field

2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity

3. Videography and Photography

4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

5. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Passion for the start-up ecosystem and understanding of digital marketing

9. Experience with UI/UX design (a plus)
