Job Title: Graphic Designer (2+ Years Experience)

Location: On-site – Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Startup / Agency / EdTech preferred)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can own visual execution end-to-end from concept to final delivery. You should be comfortable working fast, thinking strategically, and creating designs that are not just pretty but purpose-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand assets
• Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and email
• Design posters, brochures, flyers, certificates, banners, presentations, and reports
• Support website, landing page, and app UI visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand identity, templates, and style guides
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams
• Review junior designer work and ensure quality consistency
• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines

Mandatory Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Working knowledge of Figma (UI/UX collaboration)
• Solid understanding of layout systems, typography, and color psychology
• Ability to translate briefs into clean, engaging visuals
• Time management & ownership mindset

Qualifications

• Any relevant degree/diploma (Design preferred, portfolio is mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years of proven design experience
