What You’ll Do

• Turn ideas into eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, ads, pitch decks, and branding
• Create scroll-stopping designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, campaigns, and launches
• Work closely with strategy, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Play with typography, colours, layouts, and formats - while staying on brand
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedbacks
• Keep an eye on trends, reels, memes, formats, and what’s visually “in”

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• A good design sense, clean layouts, strong typography, and colour confidence
• Comfort designing for digital-first platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your creative spark
• Someone who takes feedback well and improves fast

Bonus Points If You

• Know a bit of motion design or video (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Have tried Canva, Figma, or UI basics
• Love branding, storytelling, or experimenting with visuals
• Bring ideas to the table & not just execute briefs
