Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce and wholesale channels. This role focuses heavily on photo retouching, digital asset creation, and visual consistency across websites, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns.

This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has strong production skills, understands fashion imagery, and can work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Photo Retouching & Editing

• Retouch and color-correct photos from lifestyle and e-commerce photoshoots
• Ensure imagery meets brand standards across Flying Monkey and related brands
• Prepare final assets for web, marketplace, and marketing use

Graphic Design

• Design banners, promotional graphics, and visual assets for:
• Website (Shopify, Open Cart)
• Wholesale marketplaces (Faire, FashionGo)
• Email newsletters and campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all digital touchpoints

Trim & Label Design

• Assist with trim, label, and packaging design as needed
• Prepare production-ready artwork files

Digital Asset Support

• Resize, export, and organize image assets for various platforms
• Occasionally assist with uploading product images to website and marketplaces

Social Media Support (Optional / As Needed)

• Provide designed assets for social media posts
• Potentially assist with scheduling or light management, depending on experience

AI & Workflow Tools

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Kive, or similar) to generate or support creative assets when appropriate

E-Commerce Support

• Assist with uploading new product images to website and marketplaces
• Ensure imagery is correctly labeled, organized, and platform-ready

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)
• 1+ year experience in fashion retail or wholesale e-commerce
• Strong understanding of photo retouching for apparel
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Passion for fashion and visual storytelling
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Bonus

• Experience with fashion marketplaces (Faire, FashionGo)
• Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce workflows
• Social media content experience
