Job Description
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual materials that communicate our company's vision and brand identity. Your objective is to craft engaging graphics, visual storytelling carousels, and animated assets that capture attention and enhance our online brand presence working closely with our marketing team, adhering to a visual style guide to maintain our established aesthetic.

Essential Functions for the position

• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to marketing material, website visuals and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with our brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert marketing strategies into visual narratives
• Update/ maintain the visual style to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Stay up to date with industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
• Other Duties as assigned

Competencies

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as photoshop, illustrator, capcut.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Ability to translate concepts into visuals
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency
• Strategic thinking and problem- solving abilities

Educational & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, visual arts or related field.
• Experience as Copywriter is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
