Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with other team members to develop innovative designs that align with our brand identity and meet client needs.

Duties

• Develop and design engaging graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Create unique logos and branding elements that effectively represent our clients’ identities.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator) and other design tools such as Sketch and Figma to produce high-quality visual designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in visual messaging across all platforms, including WordPress websites.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for projects.
• Prepare files for sign manufacturing and ensure all specifications are met for production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma and Sketch.
• Knowledge of logo design principles and visual design best practices.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus, as well as an understanding of sign manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
