Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Commercial Arts Specialist with a passion for visual storytelling, design, and advertising. You will be responsible for creating compelling and impactful visuals that meet the commercial objectives of our clients. This role requires a strong creative vision, an understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually striking art pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Design:
- Create visually appealing designs and artwork for advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual language that align with the brand identity and target audience.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, copywriting, and digital teams to ensure the design integrates seamlessly with content strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and clients to refine design briefs and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Art Direction:
- Lead the visual direction of commercial projects, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.
- Oversee the creation of visual content for different platforms including TV, print, web, and social media.
- Client Interaction:
- Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, taking feedback into account to adjust and refine visual concepts.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with client needs and expectations, offering creative solutions when needed.
- Production Management:
- Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all technical specifications are met.
- Oversee the production process for various formats (print, digital, video, etc.) while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, visual communication techniques, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct research to understand the target market’s preferences and effectively translate that into commercial art.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Video editing skill, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Commercial Arts, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a commercial arts or creative role, ideally within an advertising agency or creative studio.
- Ability to create both digital and print materials that are aligned with marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of current trends in commercial art, design, and advertising.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
