The role will focus primarily on designing compelling and high-converting YouTube thumbnails, along with visual assets for social media and digital campaigns. You'll collaborate with the content, marketing, and video production teams to translate educational and career-focused themes into visually impactful creatives that drive clicks and engagement.
Responsibilities

Design eye-catching, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR and brand consistency.

Develop and maintain visual identity across digital platforms.

Work closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing leads to understand themes and tone.

Create visuals for social media posts, ads, website banners, and other digital materials when required.

Stay updated with YouTube trends, visual storytelling styles, and audience behavior.

Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining design quality and originality.
Requirements

2+ years of professional design experience (YouTube, social media, or content-first brands preferred).

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

Demonstrated ability to design for clickability and audience engagement.

Strong sense of composition, typography, and color psychology.

Prior experience in education, edtech, or media content is a plus.
