Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong execution skills and understanding of brand standards to join our in-house design team in Pakistan. This role focuses on producing and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, ensuring that every deliverable meets Milliman’s global brand compliance and quality standards. You’ll work under the guidance of Senior Designers and report to the Design Director and collaborate closely with Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute design and formatting for PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Word documents
  • Translate content into clear, visually structured presentations using brand templates and assets
  • Proactively identify potential issues and communicate questions to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Format charts, tables, and graphics to ensure consistency
  • Maintain templates and visual asset libraries
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines
  • Perform quality checks for brand compliance
  • Manage version control and organized file delivery

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Presentation Designer or Microsoft Office Designer with B2B experience preferred.
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise with graphic design tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs, along with strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Pardot
  • Skilled in designing and formatting presentations, reports, proposals, and other corporate materials with a polished, client-ready standard.
  • Familiarity with Excel charts and integration
  • Strong cross-country communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and time zones, ensuring alignment on deliverables and messaging.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Willingness to perform additional marketing and communications-related activities as assigned by the Director of Marketing, including trade show support, presentations, proposal preparation, and other marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
