Key Requirements

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy (what stands out, what supports, and why)
• Ability to create clear, structured designs that communicate instantly
• Good understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color balance
• Capable of translating ideas, briefs, or rough thoughts into clean visual systems
• Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback

• Degrees, certificates, or formal qualifications
• Years of experience on paper

What Matters

• Skill, taste, and execution
• A portfolio or samples that show real visual thinking and problem-solving
