We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to take full ownership of visual execution across our platforms and brands.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is ready to take ownership of visual execution across our brand and marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality design assets that support campaigns, ecommerce growth, packaging, and storytelling.

You will collaborate closely with the founders and marketing lead, make briefs from concept to final design, and learn how to align design with performance. This role is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys hands-on work, fast turnarounds, and adapting visuals for multiple markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce listings, and packaging
• Maintain and evolve brand design systems (typography, layout, color, visual style)
• Create digital assets including ads, banners, product images, infographics, websites, and decks
• Support Amazon storefronts, email marketing, and D2C platforms with high-quality visuals
• Create short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and simple product explainers
• Collaborate closely with founders and marketing to deliver fast, high-quality outputs
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute ideas in a lean, fast-moving team

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; familiarity with Figma
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience designing for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.)
• Strong portfolio across social, ads, packaging, and digital assets
• Strong visual fundamentals (layout, typography, brand consistency)
• Detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable with rapid feedback and iteration
