Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Creative Visualizer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs, and experience working across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts and visual themes aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements
• Design graphics for social media, websites, emailers, ads, and campaigns
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Visualizer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media design standards
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics or video editing experience
• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
