About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work full-time from our client’s location at Mopa Airport, North Goa. This is an embedded, onsite role—you’ll be the creative face of 8 Views at the client site, collaborating daily with their marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for brand-led visual storytelling across both digital and offline . You’ll create engaging organic social media creatives as well as offline brand assets like standees, hoardings, dangles, LCD screen visuals, and other on-ground installations that bring the brand to life in real-world environment s.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling organic social media creatives that reflect the brand’s voice, values, and campaigns.
• Create offline brand installations including standees, hoardings, dangles, backdrops, LCD screen content, and other physical touchpoints for airport and retail environments.
• Ensure visual consistency across all formats—digital and offline—while adapting to context and audience.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s marketing team and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand solutions.
• Present design concepts clearly, with thoughtful rationale for layout, color, typography, and composition.
• Stay updated on design trends and proactively suggest fresh, innovative visual approaches.
• Manage multiple projects independently while working onsite in a fast-paced client environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating strength in brand communication.
• Experience in a digital marketing, creative agency, or fast-paced brand environment is a strong plus—but not mandatory.

Portfolio must include:

• Organic social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Offline/on-ground brand assets (e.g., standees, hoardings, dangles, digital screen content)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and design principles .
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in an onsite client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be available to work full-time from Mopa Airport, North Goa —local candidates or those open to relocation preferred.
