About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that align with our brand and effectively communicate our message across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital assets including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and digital ads.
• Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and packaging designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging campaign visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Prepare and package final artwork for web and print production.
• Edit and retouch images as needed for campaigns and product materials.
• Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with design and video trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video projects.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
