Graphic Designer

SUMMARY OF ROLE: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting

visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create graphics for print and digital media, with a focus on enhancing our brand's visual identity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the following:

• Lead the creative development and execution of visual assets across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality graphics and marketing materials that elevate brand presence.
• Work alongside marketing and creative leadership to ideate and execute integrated campaign concepts.
• Design layouts for both digital (web, social media, email, paid ads, etc) and print (retail signage, large-format print, PR boxes, etc) applications with an eye toward storytelling and brand impact.
• Mentor, review, and provide feedback to junior designers and freelancers to ensure design quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, wholesale, e-commerce, and content to align design with strategic goals.
• Apply proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ensure all files are optimized and production-ready for both print and digital delivery.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, introducing fresh ideas and best practices to keep the brand visually competitive.
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field, preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator—Figma experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A creative and innovative approach to design.
• Attention to detail
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Strong creative and analytical skills
