Graphic Designer

BlinkJar Media is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative, strategy-driven team. You’ll work closely with our inbound marketing consultants to design visual assets that support real client growth across digital and print channels.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, collaboration, and seeing their work used in live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for websites, social media, digital ads, campaigns, and print materials
• Support new and redesigned website projects with layout and visual design
• Create and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio of digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and accept feedback
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience with motion graphics, video, or light HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and skill set.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
