We are looking for a dynamic and brand savvy Graphic Designer to join creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be the visual storyteller for our core e-commerce platform and for the exciting new brands we launch regularly. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who thrives on variety, enjoys building brands from the ground up, and wants to see their work directly impact a fast-paced commercial environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Design a wide range of marketing materials for our core e-commerce site and for new brand launches, including: website graphics, promotional banners, social media content (static & stories) and, digital ads.
· Develop and adapt visual identities for new brands, creating initial brand kits that include logo lockups, color palettes, typography guidelines, and photographic/illustrative styles.
· Ensure all creative output maintains the highest quality and consistency within each brand's guidelines while fitting into the overarching company aesthetic.
· Execute the visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns, sales events and new product launches.
· Create eye catching assets that are optimized for performance across different digital channels and formats.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and visualize campaign ideas.
· Help build and maintain organized digital asset libraries for each brand, ensuring easy access for cross-functional teams.
· Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints and educate internal partners on correct visual usage.
· Evolve brand visuals creatively while protecting core identity elements.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
· 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
· Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital marketing agencies, or an in-house creative team where multi-brand or fast-paced work is the norm.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and familiarity with collaborative tools like Figma.
· Proven ability to interpret and work within existing brand guidelines, as well as contribute to developing new ones.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to pivot between multiple projects and brands, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
· Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
