Hiring for Graphic Designer
Location : Mohali

Looking for a Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3.5–5 years of experience in branding, social media, print, and campaign design. The role involves conceptualizing and executing visual communication across digital and offline platforms, collaborating with marketing and content teams to build strong brand presence.

Key responsibilities

· Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, websites, campaigns, and digital marketing assets.

· Develop branding and identity design: logos, visual systems, brand guidelines, and collateral.

· Design print materials such as brochures, leaflets, banners, standees, event collaterals, publications, and coffee-table style layouts as required.

· Create presentation decks, pitch decks, and corporate communication materials (investor decks, reports, etc.).

· Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.

· Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all touchpoints.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain proper file and asset organization.

· Stay updated with latest design trends, formats, and best practices.

Required skills and Experience

· 3.5–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a Digital marketing agency or brand-side role.

· Strong portfolio across:

o Branding and identity design

o Social media creatives and digital campaigns

o Print and event collaterals

o Editorial/publication or long-format layouts (plus point)

· Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

o Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (must-have)

o CorelDRAW or equivalent vector tools (good to have)

· Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

· Ability to understand briefs, think conceptually, and present multiple design directions.

· Experience coordinating with clients/stakeholders or internal teams for feedback and iterations.

Eligibility and qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; design-related certification/diploma is a plus (e.g., Graphic Design course from MAAC or similar).

· Availability for full-time, on-site.

· Portfolio link (Behance/Dribbble/Website) is mandatory with application.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
