Henry Graphics, Inc. is a Georgia-based full-service designer and manufacturer of architectural signage programs. Our work ranges from ADA-compliant interior wayfinding signage, to illuminated monuments and building signage. Henry Graphics has performed work across the United States and has become one of the premier signage firms in the Southeast.

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced graphics sign designer who is detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce quality work. You will be responsible for processing design requests from the sales staff, Primary focus on technical and knowledge on the CNC router machine. High level of detail and accuracy is paramount. Creativity not required. Must have CNC router experience, Corel Draw experience, as well as experience in the sign industry.

The software we use is Inroute software preferred but not required.

Work In-Office only (not a remote offer). We are located in Buford Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.

Providing example files of your technical drawings to demonstrate skill is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original designs and layouts for various types of signs, including:
• Interior wayfinding
• ADA-compliant signs (including tactile and Braille)
• Dimensional letters
• Vinyl graphics and wraps
• Digital prints and displays
• Exterior monument and pylon signage
• Prepare production-ready files for print,_ CNC routing, vinyl plotting, or engraving_.
• Collaborate with sales team, clients, project managers, and fabricators to ensure design intent, feasibility, and compliance with building codes or brand standards.
• Develop and present design mockups or proofs for client approval.
• Apply ADA signage regulations, branding guidelines, and local code requirements during the design process.
• Maintain organized file structure and documentation of all project artwork.
• Support production team with occasional layout corrections or last-minute design changes.
• Occasionally working with engineers for artwork approval.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, environmental graphics, or signage design.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW is required; experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Working knowledge of signage materials, production methods, and installation considerations.
• Understanding of ADA signage standards (especially for tactile and Braille signage).
• Strong layout and typography skills with attention to accuracy and proportion.
• Ability to read and interpret surveys, construction drawings, and architectural elevations.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
