Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented graphic and Ui/UX designer based out of Bangalore to join our marketing team.

The candidate should have proficiency in using the Adobe suite, primarily Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Should be comfortable working on portals like Canva and Figma, and should have good knowledge of how to utilise them to the fullest.

Your work will involve

• Creating graphical posts for social media and graphical content for websites.
• Creating short videos with text, images and existing videos for social media posts. The kind that you could do using Canva
• Designing of branding elements and collateral, like brochures, logos, pamphlets, visiting cards, and any other marketing collateral.
• Website Ui&UX designing.

Innovative Web is a marketing and development agency with close to two decades of experience. We work on multiple projects for multiple clients. As a designer, you will be closely working with Social media teams and website development teams, and hence you will be assigned multiple projects at a time.

We are looking for candidates with good design acumen, good work ethics, who adhere to timelines, and who can take ownership of projects.

The work involves working remotely, however, you may have to be available for physical meetings when required. The candidate is expected to have a good laptop/PC with a good internet connection. There may be events where you will be You should have good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Work days: Monday - Saturday
• Work hours: 8hrs a day
