Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and branding teams to develop high-quality creatives that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and style guides.
• Produce high-quality UI graphics, illustrations, icons, and website dashboard images.
• Work on packaging design, print materials, and event collateral as required.
• Understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet brand guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create both creative concepts and production-ready files.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly.
• Minimum 2 Years Experience

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly).
• Illustration skills or ability to create custom graphics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
