The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling creatives and videos tailored for multiple social media platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of platform-specific design formats, storytelling through visuals, and hands-on usage of AI tools for creative production.
Design creative, innovative, and visually engaging graphics for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Develop creatives in adherence to platform-specific size, format, and quality guidelines.
Create short-form and long-form videos for social media campaigns, events, and public awareness initiatives.
Perform video editing including cutting, transitions, color correction, sound syncing, and formatting.
Use AI tools for video generation, audio generation, voice extraction, subtitle creation, and automated captioning.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Project Coordinator to deliver timely creatives.
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual language across all digital assets.
Adapt creatives based on feedback from internal teams and government stakeholders.
Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for social media platforms.
Strong understanding of social media creative formats and best practices.
Hands-on experience with design and video editing tools along with AI-powered creative tools.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
Fluency in Tamil and English for understanding content context and messaging.
