Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team at JackInTheBox Toys Private Limited. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn about the industry, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, contribute to the team, and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing designs for websites and marketing materials.
• Adhere to US design standards and guidelines, including typographic and layout standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design requirements.
• Create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, taking into account user experience and accessibility.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs, and concepts.
• Responsible for timely delivery of projects with the highest standard of quality.
• Required to work closely with the Sales, Client Servicing, and Operations teams to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• To play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• To participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes
• To participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through with the projects from beginning to end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a thorough understanding of US design standards and guidelines and excellent typographic and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
