As our Graphic Designer & Video Editor , you’ll primarily shape Lingopanda’s visual identity through design, while also contributing to video edits for campaigns and content. We also keep the option of equity open down the line for high-performers who want to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (with some exposure to video editing)
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital assets (social media, ads, app creatives, branding)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, etc.
• Working knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Ability to translate campaign and product needs into clean, creative visual concepts
• Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Familiarity with short-form content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Attention to detail, speed, and creativity under tight deadlines
• Prior startup experience, especially in 0→1 journeys, strongly preferred

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing marketing assets: social media creatives, ad visuals, banners, emailers, app creatives
• Editing short-form videos, reels, and marketing clips for ads and social platforms
• Collaborating with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all assets
• Contributing to campaign concepts with fresh design and video ideas
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time
• Keeping up with design trends, meme culture, and new content formats to bring innovative ideas to Lingopanda

Compensation: ₹4–7 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore . Working hours are 10 AM – 6:30 PM IST , Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
