Lavanya Biotech is a leading Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical pharmaceutical company committed to developing high-quality herbal and wellness products. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Graphic Designer to manage our branding, packaging, and marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product packaging, labels, mono cartons, and boxes in compliance with AYUSH/FSSAI guidelines
• Develop promotional materials such as product cards, brochures, banners, and leaflets
• Work on brand identity, logos, and visual consistency for existing and new products
• Coordinate with the product, regulatory, and marketing teams for content accuracy and approval
• Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork and handle vendor coordination
• Design social media creatives, posters, and other digital content as per marketing needs
• Maintain design archives and version control of all artworks

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Knowledge of pharma product artwork, ingredient layout, and regulatory elements (composition, dosage, MRP, etc.)
• Strong eye for color balance, alignment, typography, and detail
• Familiarity with offset and digital printing processes
• Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in pharma, ayurvedic, or FMCG packaging design (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,557.04 per month
