MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and brand experiences across local and international markets. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the creative development of visually compelling assets that elevate our experiential marketing campaigns.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Production teams, the Graphic Designer will translate client briefs into engaging visual solutions across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across multiple channels, including event branding, signage, environmental graphics, digital and print collateral, packaging, and social media content.
• Develop and refine creative concepts that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project goals.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs into strong visual narratives that enhance audience engagement and brand experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs while introducing fresh, innovative approaches.
• Contribute creatively to experiential campaigns, events, and brand activations for global clients.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output.

Professional & Technical Experience

• High level of creativity with a strong passion for design.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of 3D and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, After Effects) is an advantage but not mandatory.
