Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling designs that support digital campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media posts, reels thumbnails, stories, and ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Create banners, landing page visuals, website graphics, and email marketing creatives
• Develop brand-aligned designs for multiple clients across industries
• Design ad creatives focused on conversion and engagement
• Collaborate with digital marketers, content writers, and performance teams
• Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and A/B testing insights
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms
• Stay updated with digital marketing and design trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
• Good understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of design for performance marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong time management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics, reels, or short-form video editing
• Social Media Desgin Like Instagram Post Facebook Post
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and landing page design
• Experience working with multiple clients or agency background
