Stately is a growing men's subscription styling service seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growth team. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between high-performance ad creative and elevated brand aesthetics. Using our recently established brand guide, you will lead the visual direction for Meta ads and other marketing assets, finding the perfect balance between driving conversions and scaling a premium men's fashion brand. This role can be remote but being LA or OC based with the ability to come in to the office occassionally, especially at the beginning a big plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performance Creative: Conceptualize and design high-performing static primarily for Meta, focusing on layouts that stop the scroll and drive DTC growth.
  • Brand Stewardship: Apply and evolve our new brand guide across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency across the site, print, and digital marketing.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the photography and growth teams to conceptualize shoots, request specific assets, and develop unique treatments that differentiate Stately from competitors.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Lead design for diverse marketing needs, including site graphics, landing pages, and print materials.
  • Asset Management: Manage typography, color schemes, and visual identity systems across the entire marketing funnel.

Qualifications

  • DTC Expertise: Proven experience designing for a known DTC brand with a portfolio that highlights successful, performant static Meta ads.
  • Design Fundamentals: Mastery of color theory, typography, and layout. You know how to make an ad "convert" without sacrificing brand integrity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic skills in Figma.
  • Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals and production processes.
  • Self-Managed: Ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with email design, or UI/UX, is a plus. Copywriting, Video editing and Motion Graphics also pluses but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
