Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will:

• Create engaging, on-brand graphics for signs, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, wall wraps, digital layouts, and more.
• Help manage project intake, customer communication, scheduling, and general office tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong design execution, and an organized mindset who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements
• Conceptualize, draft, and present visual ideas based on customer needs
• Develop illustrations, logos, mockups, and layouts using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Prepare proofs, revise designs based on feedback, and maintain brand consistency
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing, accurate, and ready for production/printing
• Support customer communication with professionalism and clarity
• Input job details, schedule projects, and track timelines
• Coordinate approvals, proofs, and order flow from start to finish
• Keep files, job tickets, and digital workspace organized
• Assist with walk-in customers or phone inquiries as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

• Proven graphic design experience
• Proficiency in design software
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and thrive in a small business environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
