Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative graphic designer who can think out of the box and bring the creative vision to screen. Someone with experience in the Hospitality industry would be preferred. If you have a good set of skills in video editing as well, you are the perfect candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Creation:

• Develop and design creative graphics and visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Work on multiple design formats, such as infographics, banners, logos, and advertisements.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design projects.
• Research and propose innovative, creative ideas and designs that align with client goals and target audience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate concepts that engage audiences and elevate brands.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand client needs and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients when needed to clarify design expectations.

Video Editing (preferred):

• Edit and create engaging video content, including social media clips, promotional videos, and more.
• Work with raw video footage and make adjustments such as color correction, sound editing, and adding special effects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years in graphic design (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with clients in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, tourism, etc.)
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
