Graphic Designer – Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports branding, marketing, and digital media needs. This role involves designing creatives for social media, digital marketing, print, and video platforms while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (thumbnails), posters, banners, ads, and branding materials
• Work closely with content, marketing, and video teams to translate ideas into visuals
• Maintain brand guidelines across all designs
• Edit and retouch images; prepare files for digital and print output
• Handle multiple projects and deliver on time
• Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is an added advantage)
• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• 1–4 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong portfolio can apply)

Preferred:

• Experience in media, digital marketing, or content-driven companies
• Knowledge of social media trends and design formats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Graphic Designer: 1 year (Required)
