As a Graphic Designer at ZOOP. One, you'll be the creative engine behind our brand identity. You'll design across digital platforms, product touchpoints, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, enjoys end-to-end ownership, and wants to build design systems at a rapidly scaling startup.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, evolve, and strengthen ZOOP. One's brand identity across all products.
  • Create visual systems, brand guidelines, iconography, and UI assets for consistent usage.
  • Ensure brand coherence across marketing, product, and external-facing content.
  • Design creatives for performance marketing, social media, product launches, newsletters, ebooks, and events.
  • Build high-quality pitch decks, case study layouts, and campaign landing page visuals.
  • Create motion graphics or micro-animations (bonus).
  • Work with the Product & UX teams to create clean, minimal UI assets, user flow illustrations, and interface-level graphics.
  • Support product teams with visuals for webinars, product explainers, and in-app messaging.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Founders Office, Sales, Product Managers, and Engineering for design requirements.
  • Understand technical content and translate complex concepts into simple, digestible visuals.
  • Handle quick-turnaround design tasks without compromising on quality.
  • Take full ownership of tasks from concept design revision final delivery.
  • Experiment with new styles, templates, layouts, and communication formats.
  • Manage a fast-moving content pipeline with version control and structured file management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience in a startup/agency/tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing creatives, branding work, and digital graphics.
  • Ability to convert ideas into sleek, modern designs aligned with a tech-first brand.
  • Comfort working with minimal supervision and quick feedback loops.
  • Understanding of design hierarchy, storytelling, typography, and color theory.
  • Good knowledge in AI tools especially Image and video generation ( DALL - E, Seedream, FLUX etc )
  • Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech communication styles.
  • Ability to create infographics, data visualizations, and product feature explainers.
