Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Reels Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for social media content, and hands-on experience creating engaging visuals and short-form videos, especially for Instagram.

This role offers the opportunity to work on real brand campaigns, collaborate with a young and dynamic team, and explore creative ideas using both traditional design tools and AI-based solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Design engaging graphics, banners, posters, and daily social media creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency by working within established branding guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns and brand communication.
• Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for daily design tasks.

Reels & Video Editing

• Create, edit, and optimize Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional clips.
• Shoot high-quality video content for brand storytelling and educational purposes.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
• Stay updated with trending Instagram formats, transitions, sounds, and styles.
• Generate AI-based images or videos to enhance creativity and content quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for quick and clean design outputs.
• Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit visually appealing reels.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media aesthetics, content flow, and branding.
• Passion for design, video editing, and digital trends.
