Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

• Create engaging visual content for digital and print including social media posts, ads, brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Lead art direction for campaigns and brand initiatives to enhance visual identity and communication.
• Understand briefs, follow guidelines, and develop creative solutions aligned with brand strategy.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all platforms.

Motion Graphics, Animation & AI

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and short video content for campaigns and communication.
• Utilize AI-based design tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Introduce innovative ideas and stay updated with modern design trends and techniques.

Social Media Marketing

• Design engaging and culturally relevant content for platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand communication with visually impactful content.
• Apply strong understanding of Saudi audience behavior, tone, and culture in design and messaging.

Project & Time Management

• Manage multiple projects efficiently with timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Maintain well-organized design files, brand assets, and work documentation.
• Work proactively, suggest ideas, and take initiative in improving creative output.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in design, preferably in corporate, brand, or marketing environment.
• Proven experience in art direction and leading creative execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design capability.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows.
• Strong branding, layout, typography, and visual communication skills.

Language & Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). English proficiency preferred.
• Saudi National preferred.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market, culture, values, and audience behaviors.
• Ability to create content that resonates with local customers and reflects cultural relevance.
