Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and branding materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into stunning visual representations.

Required Skills

1. Develop and create visually appealing designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.

2. Deliver graphic user design, user interface, and user experience design in several mobile and web properties.

3. Convert concepts into wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive design solutions.

5. Create original and innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.

6. Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within given timelines.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

8. Maintain and organize design files, assets, and project documentation for easy accessibility.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree/certification in Graphic Designing

2. 2-to-3-year experience in executing designs as a part of software development teams

3. Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD (Photoshop, and Illustrator, In design)

4. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

6. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
