Graphic Designer

We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong creative and technical skills to support our Real Estate Marketing initiatives. The role involves website design, Property videography, and video editing, creating visually compelling content that enhances our brand presence and drives lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality creatives for: Company website and Landing pages

Property Listings & Brochures

• Social media posts, ads and banners
• Corporate presentations and marketing collaterals
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials
• Adapt designs based on campaign objectives and marketing feedback

Website Design & Updates

• Design, update and manage website pages (Wordpress/Elementor or similar CMS)
• Create property and campaign landing pages
• Optimize visuals for web performance and responsiveness
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to update listings and content

Videography - Independently plan and shoot videos for :

• Property walkthroughs and listiings
• Off-plan project promotions
• Agent and company branding videos
• Handle basic lighting, camera setup and framing

Video Editing - Edit and deliver polished videos for:

• Website, social media, and digital campaigns
• Instagram Reels, Youtube shorts, and LinkedIn videos
• Add branding elements, motion graphics, text overlays and background music
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to platform specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Graphic design and Video editing
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficiency with WordPress/Wix; Elementor, web flow,knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent eye for detail and creative storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate or property marketing
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Understanding of digital marketing & branding principles
• Drone Videography knowledge(advantage, not mandatory)
