- Creation of high-impact creatives including posts, reels, videos, presentations, banners, and marketing collaterals & 2D Animations.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of creative and digital media initiatives aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
- Own and manage official social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, posting schedules, platform optimisation, and engagement monitoring.
- Develop and oversee monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and storytelling approaches to drive brand visibility and audience growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all digital and offline communication channels.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and optimise content strategies based on insights, trends, and audience behaviuor.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and HR to translate business goals into effective communication.
- Review, guide, and mentor junior designers or media team members to maintain quality standards and timely delivery.
- Manage & coordinate with employees, and team for video shoots, and campaigns.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
- Support internal branding initiatives including employee communication, events, and corporate presentations.
