About the Role: Junior Social Media Manager

This role is perfect for someone who has basic experience in social media management and wants to grow in a real agency environment. You’ll work closely with senior team members to plan, create, and manage content while learning strategy, analytics, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Help plan and execute monthly content calendars Create captions, hashtags, and basic content ideas Upload posts, reels, and stories as per schedule Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement Support senior SMMs in trend research and competitor analysis Coordinate with graphic designers and editors for creatives Track basic performance metrics and insights. Support influencer coordination and campaign execution Ensure timely execution of daily social media tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or internships. Basic understanding of Instagram growth, reels, and trends. Interest in content planning, captions, and storytelling. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn insights. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (boosting posts, ad formats, targeting) is preferred. Creative mindset with willingness to learn. Good communication and coordination skills Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented
