Job Description – Graphic Designer


Role Overview


The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support brand communication, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. The role requires a strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail , while working closely with marketing, social, and content teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create visual assets for digital and offline use including social media creatives, banners, presentations, ads, and collaterals.
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and artworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to deliver creatives for campaigns and ongoing communication.
  • Design creatives for social media platforms , websites, emailers, and digital ads.
  • Ensure consistency in brand look, feel, and tone across all design outputs.
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality standards.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.


Skills & Experience


  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand side).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy .
  • Experience designing for digital platforms and social media .
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics or video (After Effects/Premiere) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign-based work.
