Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in both static and motion-based design, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics and visuals for brochures, flyers, social media posts, e-newsletters, digital banners, and presentations.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, create, and edit motion graphics and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs.
• Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and current design trends.
• Make revisions based on feedback and maintain attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design and video tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Motion Graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion/video work (academic or freelance work accepted).
• Good understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools such as:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of animation, video editing, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to accept feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
