About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design to join our team at ATOG, a modern intimacy and wellness brand. Our focus is on designing purpose-driven products that elevate personal care for today’s Indian women and men.
As a design intern, you'll support visual execution across digital, packaging, and e-commerce channels bringing bold ideas to life in a fast-moving, D2C environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Direction
- Lead the evolution of ATOG’s visual identity across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Conceptualize and execute campaign visuals, from moodboards to final assets, with a strong focus on storytelling and emotion.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of all design output across digital, packaging, and retail experiences.
Digital & E-commerce Design
- Design compelling website assets, D2C landing pages, performance ads, and CRM/email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines for digital platforms to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Create high-impact Amazon A+ content and product infographics optimized for e-commerce performance.
Social Media & Content
- Lead creative strategy for social media across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Mentor junior designers to produce engaging and on-brand content, including reels, stories, and static posts.
- Collaborate with marketing on content planning, ensuring a balance of brand storytelling and performance design.
Packaging & Product Design
- Oversee packaging design from concept to print, ensuring innovation, functionality, and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Partner with product and sourcing teams to deliver tactile, elevated unboxing experiences.
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, packaging, and brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of D2C, lifestyle, wellness, and e-commerce design best practices.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Preferred Background
- 2-4 years of design experience in D2C, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
- Proven experience leading design projects end-to-end.
- Passion for creating purposeful, human-centered design that empowers modern consumers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
