About the Company

Rahane Realty Ltd. is a premium real estate firm specializing in luxury residential and high-end commercial properties.We are looking for a creative, detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you have strong design fundamentals, love playing with colour, typography, and layouts, and want to create designs that actually make an impact this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media ads, and brand communication.
• Create an eye catching motion graphics and animations using After Effects to enhance digital marketing efforts.Design and optimize websites and landing pages with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion , if required.
• Develop social media content that resonates with audiences, maintaining brand consistency.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw etc to produce engaging designs.
• Conceptualize fresh visual ideas that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Work closely with the marketing/content teams to translate ideas into effective designs.
• Create and adapt graphics for various platforms and formats (static, carousel, stories, web assets, etc.).
• Support in developing brand identity elements (logos, colour palettes, typography).
• Maintain visual consistency across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, styles, and industry best practices.
• Organize and manage design files and work within structured folders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory), After Effects and Canva
• Knowledge of Figma (mandatory), and Corel Draw is a plus
• Experience in creating motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
• Video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout design, colour theory, typography, and branding.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with timely delivery.
• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
